Returns

We have a 14-day return window after the delivery of your item. If 14 days have passed since the date of delivery, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and unopened.

We will refund your money minus shipping fees and the 30% re-stocking fee. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. 

You must send us an email (info@gyrobooth.com) or a message on our contact page to start a return. Please include your order number. Items sent back without first initiating a return via our contact page will not be accepted.

Items that are non-refundable:

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any damaged item not due to our error
  • Any item with missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that was custom made for the customer (including logo design, custom overlay design, and vinyl logos)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If returning an item, it is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Modification and Cancellation

Order modification and cancellation should be requested as soon as possible. We cannot cancel your order if the item has already been dispatched.
